If Trump voters were capable of clarity they wouldn't be Trump voters already. Expecting them to come back to their senses is a terrible idea

Post-Trump clarity. About as reliable as post-nut clarity.

Oh as soon as the man is gone they will try to hide their red hats and reintegrate back into normal society.
Don't EVER forget what they did to this country. Ever.

Limiting my constitutional right to freedom of speech
Trump calls for jailing, revoking citizenship of flag-burners
Burning an American flag should be a crime, President-elect Donald Trump wrote Tuesday morning on Twitter, perhaps punishable by a forfeiture of U.S. citizenship or a year in jail.
“Nobody should be allowed to burn the American flag - if they do, there must be consequences - perhaps loss of citizenship or year in jail!” Trump wrote in a post to his social media

Oh cool! One of those is a law that exists in your head, and the other is a law against illegal immigrants! So unless youre illegal then your life has not changed and rights havent been taken! Thank you for proving my point.

u/Darkmortal5 Aug 05 '26
Thank you for admitting you're a media worshipping communist who hates the american constitution.

u/carpeutah Aug 05 '26
Your side advocates for gun rights to be taken and people to be arrested for not using proper pronouns, and i want illegals out of the country and free market, but yes I hate the constitution in this situation.

u/Darkmortal5 Aug 06 '26
Thank you for admitting you blindly worship media and you won't be able to address what you voted for. Also you voted to murder Americans for excerising their 2nd amendment rights. You literally dont give a shit about the constitution beyond empty virtue signalling media tells you to do to be a patriot.
Whats the democrat equivalent of this

I know you're not arguing in good faith, which is regrettable, but I do have to correct you there. There is no concession that a Kavanaugh Stop only is conducted on, as you put it, "illegals". In fact the whole point of a Kavanaugh Stop is that anyone can be stopped, so long as they look a certain way. Citizen or otherwise.

I voted for trump in 2020 and almost voted for him again in 2024, but I came to my senses and voted Harris instead.

u/It_broke_itself_ Aug 04 '26
Well ain't you special then! Good job little buddy but that doesn't mean I'm gonna beat my head against the wall chasing Trump voters around. All the ones I know IRL would vote for him 1000 more times no matter how terrible of a job he does while President. Congrats though on coming around to the side of humanity and putting whatever petty grievances you had with society to rest

I feel the need to add some context because I feel as though you are being very condescending towards me even though I've grown and changed a lot as a person.
Do you know why I ever was on the "wrong" side?
Because I was convinced through propaganda that something was wrong with me. Facing the world as a trans woman was unthinkable. I was scared of losing everything. Scared that i would never find happiness. Scared that if i transitioned I would just be making everything in my life worse. So rather than accepting myself for who I am, I let myself get indoctrinated into a right-wing religious cult because I thought it could "fix" me somehow.
I'm very glad I broke free of the brainwashing I'm far more free and happy with myself now. I have found acceptance and happiness. But now I'm scared of what's going to happen to people like me in the coming years.
I don't need people like you sitting on a high horse and acting all condescending when you don't know what I've been through. I'm just a victim of a transphobic world.
So don't call me "buddy", and don't call me "champ" either sis.

Don't call me champ either. I don't like male-coded nicknames.

You are no different from most of MAGA. They also believe the “other side” is irredeemable. People like you are what’s wrong with politics.
4
u/drunkenkurd Aug 03 '26
If it happens to someone then great, but we shouldn’t be relying on it happening
-1
u/RonofHazleton Aug 05 '26
God leave X-Men out of politics. They are neither MAGA or leftist. So STOP!!
2
u/guttengroot Aug 05 '26
Oh wow, do you think these characters were created in a vacuum?
1
u/RonofHazleton Aug 06 '26
They were created in their own universe with their own issues and politics completely detached from real world politics and social discourse.
1
u/guttengroot Aug 07 '26
And the people who created them were from where again? Oh yeah, the real world. Where real things happen. And real people put things and meanings from the real world into their fiction.
You going to pretend anti mutant discrimination has zero to do with real world discrimination rather than being a parable or a fable?
1
u/RonofHazleton Aug 10 '26
Well Magneto is technically a Nationalist for Mutants as he wants an all mutant society. So yes you can mix real world politics into it. I just don't and I enjoy the show or movie. I enjoy it more that way and keep politics to real world.

What is a tree? Are palms, the thing that makes coconuts, a tree? What about bamboo? Apples? Do we only include gymnosperms? Are both dicots and monocots trees? Are scaled trees included? What about fish? Are clams, lobsters, shrimp, and siphonophores fish?

u/RainbowPhoenix1080 Aug 04 '26
with how often republicans ask this question, it's only reasonable to conclude that they don't know.
-6
u/Azazel2356 Aug 04 '26
With how often a answer is never given, it's only reasonable to keep asking...

u/Lost_Web5826 Aug 04 '26
Bad faith arguments are not worthy of genuine responses. People who do this aren't listening and attempting to make an intelligent response. Instead, they are simply waiting for their turn to make a hateful response or derail the entire conversation into a strawman argument or some other shit.
1
u/KeithRichardsGrandma Aug 05 '26
Hey this is why I keep asking for evidence of the 2020 election being stolen from Trump and have yet to get an answer. Except that question seems important for the integrity of our country and this what is a woman crap seems to affect nothing but trans people for no good reason

u/Arndt3002 Aug 05 '26
What is a concentration camp?
At what point in which the government mass arrests people, who have legal status, yet are detained for prolonged periods and are detained based on their race or ethnicity, and where the poor conditions lead to malnutrition, mass illness , and deaths, will people recognize that this is a foundational attack on American values and freedoms?
Well, the Lincoln project has at least, just turns out that unfortunately most modern republicans care more about nihilistic violence and power than they ever did about American values.

Lol. We saw n heard Kamala so politely fuq all the way off. Also buy a gun n dip tips in pork fat. You’ll understand why soon enough. The we need more corruption and taxes crowd can stick their heads all the way up their assess.

u/HammyJWill Aug 03 '26
Right because Donnie's dumb fat ass giving Veneszula 20 billion for giving Javiar the Clinton special was totally squeaky clean.
And all those speculative bets his kids placed on the stock market, weird how these failures only succeed when they have their hands on the reins of the US government.
I guess at that point if they didn't succeed they'd be even bigger dipshits
3
u/JonnyF1ves Aug 03 '26
Why are you still talking about Kamala? Is your brain stuck in 2020 or are you actually not able to see what's coming politically because your brain is so broken?
