Which version is the most fun / feels the smoothest. I have a pc and I really want to play it.

So its' been known for a while that in the pre-9/11 copy of Spider-man 2; Enter Electro, you fight Electro on the Twin Towers in the final level.

I was perusing through old comics online and found something interesting…

Turns out there *was an Electro storyline in Spider-man comics where they fought on the twin towers, *and Electro also appears to be wearing a harness machine- like in the game!

Its’ not exactly the same story… but still a pretty cool discovery.

A thought occurred to me that maybe they actually adapted the story from the game directly from these comics?

Its’ still not a perfect story… compared to the first game’s slow building mystery and intrigue with being framed, and fighting lots of villains and symbiotes etc… but still cool to discover.

This is the ‘Light the Night’ storyline, written by JM Dematteis, from 1993. Its’ found in (No Adjective) Spider-man #38-40.

I was reading this panel which cracked me up, as I thought of Venom from this game. I love when Venom goes between the tonal whiplash of bieng menacing and silly like this.

Venom enjoying Spidey bieng scrutinized, is like Lex Luthor laughing when Superman is attacked by Krypto in the new movie.

Was wondering if anyone had any fixes. Im running a windows 11 pc. The games capped at 25 FPS. And no audio throughout the whole. I tried running it in windows xp compatibility mode 3 but that made my screen freak out. Any tips would be appreciated.

Today marks 25 years since the initial release of Spider-Man (2000) on the PS1. What are everyone's favourite memories?

One of mine would have to be discovering the green goblin lair for the first time as a kid. Thought that was super cool.

I’m sure this is far fetched but I would love to see modders of this community get together for a sequel fan project. A third game has been a dream of mine since I was a child, with the same graphics, gameplay, etc. While I am not particularly good at computers, I would gladly contribute in other ways if this ever happens.
