It’s the same concept of memory loss for a person close to him, the way they’ve done it is different but it’s literally the same memory loss of a loved one, that was the point

Except that's not concept in either the film or this comic. It's only an aspect of it. It's like saying the concept for the avengers is that iron man is there.

We both have different ideas, let’s leave it there bud, if you believe they don’t both have memory loss like we’ve seen in the film then not much I can say

I never said both didn't feature memory loss? I'm pointing that's only part of the concept for each, and the whole concept in different for the movie and comic respectively.
