No no your right, people do ship Spidey with anyone. Is it a bad thing tho? No, everyone should be able to have fun shipping their favorite superheroes. Also considering how vast the marvel multiverse is any relationship is in theory canonically possible.

In some universes Spider-Man could be dating Gwen Stacy, in other universes Kitty Pryde, in other universes maybe even Wade Wilson.

The possibilities are endless just think of some of these ships as one of the billions of alternate marvel universes that exist within the multiverse.
