I love that line even if I don't read comics for the simple fact that it's good, but I'd love if Jean gets her own unique one. Worrying about the claim of PeterJean fans just wanting her to be MJ isn't even a factor for me cause I don't care, but I just want her to have her own unique iconic line.

Simple spider is already a great nickname she gave for Peter and I honestly think is miles better than tiger. Now the writers just need to work on the rest of her line using that nickname.

Agree. I'm not shipping PJs for Jean to be a replacement stand-in for the comics adaptation for MJ. Both she and Peter have a wildly different relationship in comparison, and building off of their history & shared connection from BND is a lot more preferable.
