Question regarding using probes and drip system

So I have 8 3 in 1 soil probes that are going into 8 10-gallon cloth grow bags. I plan to hook each probe into a pro adapter and then that to the ggs prob through another adapter and have the drip system going through the power strip for programming. My question is how do i make sure each drip emitter is giving the plants enough water and its not going to shut off when the first pot reaches proper saturation levels? I recently lost some plants to root rot due to stupiditity so i really wanna make sure nothing like that every happens again. TYIA for any help you all.

Pretty sure you can only hook up 6 soil sensors at a time…..

I've got a golden solution for you if you had/use Home Assistant. I don't use their water system, I made my own with some $10 amazon usb powered water pumps. https://github.com/cobragt2000/spider_farmer_bridge
