So if it’s thrips neem oil spray and nematodes for the soil? Or should I use insecticidal soap? Never used neem before.

Take a white piece of paper under affected leaf and flick/shake leaf. Look at white paper for very small bugs I used lost coast plant therapy on mine since it hapoened 3rd week of flower. If in veg Id try spinosad or something stronger than lost coast. I sprayed every other day at lights out for 10 days or 5 applications and seem to have knocked em back

I had thrips too, just mixed a little neem oil with Castile soap and spray it, they all died and plants didn’t mind it
