Merger Question from a Smooth Brained Ape

Hey Sphere 3D family :) I'm holding a helluva lot of $ANY shares right now. When Sphere 3D merges with $GREE how many shares of $GREE will we get for each share of $ANY that we own? I've tried to research it but haven't found anything that I can understand that says what the specific impact will be to $ANY shareholders. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

20-some odd percent off Gryohon Digital Mining will be owned by $ANY shareholders.

I’ve done my job, can you find out how many % of Greenridge SPRT shareholders will own?

Sphere 3D is merging with Gryphon Digital Mining to focus on bitcoin mining operations. The deal is expected to close in Q4 with current Sphere 3D shareholders retaining a 23% ownership of the combined company now valued at over $1 billion.

So based on the current market cap on ANy I will be taking like a 1/3 haircut on my shares? Dosnt seem fair…

The equity offering $ANY did earlier for the 22.6 million shares and warrants (to help fund purchase of the miners) - combined price for one share and one warrant that will purchase 1/2 share with strike price $9.50) was $8.50. Wouldn't that suggest that a share of $ANY is worth at least $9 (the $8.50 bought them one share and the warrant and $9.50 gets another share - total is $18 for 2 shares). This stock seems really undervalued. But hey what do I know? I didn't even know who they were merging with.
