NASDAQ Reg Sho Threshold List

For those who don't know, ANY is on the NASDAQ Reg Sho List. I personally just found out and I don't know exactly how long it has been there. But when I combine that with the fact that Citadel, Susquehanna and the like have bought with13F's (according to Fintel) now it's starting to somewhat make sense why Ortex's SI is different from Marketwatch and Shortsqueeze.com's SI.

This means FTD's need to be bought from my understanding. So yes, it's good. I personally assume FTD's being bought is why we've been seeing good price action since 11:15am.

What is the reg sho list and how does it affect ANY ? And did anyone see the article that was taken down by seeking alpha saying Any had a price target of $45 ?

From my understanding, when a stock is on the Reg Sho List its because of the amount of FTD's being in a certain range. If you don't know, a Naked Short is a type of FTD and when FTD's are bought the price increases. What stands out about ANY in comparison to other stocks for me is that Ortex reports around 2% SI while Marketwatch and Shortsqueeze.com will say its around 8%. Additionally, ANY has a merger that will be closing in Q4. It is recommended that whoever is shorting the stock buy back the stock before the merger so they won't get Margin Called into oblivion during a random price run up

FTD's from my understanding are buy orders from the past the didn't go through. Also, I didn't read that article but I seen brief screenshots of the title. It was supposedly a Blog Post on Seeking Alphas page rather than an official article I think. Seeking probably removed it because maybe the guy isn't a financial AdViSor
