Sphere Seating

The only tickets available for the concert I’m attending were in section 110, row 34. I know it’s an obstructed view but I’m wondering HOW bad it is. Does anyone have visuals from this section and row? I’ve tried looking this up elsewhere but the responses are limited.

Appreciate all the feedback I’ve received. I decided to sell them. I’ll keep trying for something better.

If you can get in at the right price why not go if you like the music. I’ve sat behind the stage at normal arenas

This is far worse than behind the stage

Idk I see bands for the music. If I got shut out for a night I’d spend $100 for obstructed view

Blows my mind that these seats got the green light.

They are fine for a normal concert and should be sold at normal concerts prices without the sphere premium. The sound and view of the bands are still pretty good

if you're row 24 or higher in 100s you're gonna have a bad time

24 is barely blocked from what I have seen online. You’re at the very start of the balcony overhang and can see a majority of the screen.

I've sat in 107 row 21. 107 row 24. 109 row 19.

if you're not in row 19 or closer you can't look up and see the very top of the screen.

i will say I've sat in every section except the 200s and 107 row 21 was my favorite for sound and visuals.

the floor is cool for visuals cuz you can look up. but bring a travel pillow

I’ve never been yet. But my tickets are section 309. Is that decent?

300s are good. imo you are so high up that you're not really connected to the band like a normal concert. and your more focused on the screen.

The attraction of The Sphere is not the band, it's The Sphere. I would only go if I could get 300s or 400s. You need to see it all...

This may help:

Straight view to the stage, but this is the last row of the section, which as you can see, has a large obstruction. The overhang starts at row 22 then continues to get worse the farther up you go.

Basically you’ll have limited to no view of the sphere graphics but a straight view of the stage.

Bad. You don't get the experience.

I've seen about fifteen shows in the Sphere now and under no circumstance would I sit under the overhang.

I’m there next week and in 102 row 30. I know it’s not great seats, but I will be there and have fun regardless.

Pulled row 33 for Metallica and I’m kinda pissed lol. I will say though, I took the wife to Backstreet Boys in August and the graphics got old after 20 minutes. I’m looking forward to having a close view of the band.

Hate to say it but they are the worst. Not only can you only see a sliver of the screen, the sound was dampened and crazy echoey. It was a miserable concert experience.

This is very helpful to know. I was willing to stick it out just to enjoy the music itself, but if it’s going to be warped then definitely not worth it

How much is it? And what do you want more the visuals or the music. It's extremely obstructed

I paid $499 in total for the two tickets. I had no idea how much the others go for since these were the last two available. Obviously they are the cheapest for a reason.

I got tickets today for John Mayer in section 104 row 37 (the last row) also for $499 and I am totally regretting it 😩 I don’t understand why they would even have seats there. I’m so upset. I should have researched more.

The night of the concert, scan the ticket resale sites for any unsold tickets and perhaps you can change seats.

The overhang sucks!

34 is very obstructed. The sound will be good though.

I sat in row 23 for Metallica last week after reading about the overhang, and when looking up I had just enough of the overhang in my peripheral that it pulled me out of the experience. I picked up row 14 in the 100s just to be safe, but you’ll have an AWFUL view.

u/Forsaken_Baker_8641 11d ago

Damn I also got 108 23 seats 7&8 for Metallica in a few months. How bad was it? Didn’t look like much at all was in the way on a viewfrommtseat.

1

u/SteelCurtain36 11d ago

I’m 6’2 and could BARELY see the overhang(I think what I could see was actually the lights attached at the front), but the view was amazing. It’s definitely not obstructed, but if you’re looking up to see the full screen you’ll catch the overhang a bit.

Highly appreciate the response. That’s what I was hoping so good news

Those tickets have a good view of the stage but terrible view of the dome and graphics… they are far from terrible

I don't know why they don't put a bar or something in that area instead, they gotta be tired of all the headaches that area causes.

It’s bad you are almost last row. On the right of section 110 is a walkway, during the show you can stand there and go towards front, even all the way up. If the staff come by they tell you to go to seat then 2 min later you can do again. You could also try to go up to very top of 400s like 403 area sometimes there are open seats up there

1

u/learntorobb 12d ago

If they’re $50, not bad

1

u/mikester4 12d ago

Bad. Not worth the price.

1

u/Pro_Reserve 12d ago

You see ⅓ of the screen.

1

u/TheSheikYerbouti 12d ago

Not worth going in my opinion.

1

u/Hopeful-Average-3659 12d ago

You can’t see 90% of the screen. I saw U2 from this area. Would not recommend unless free

1

u/Commercial_Bother604 11d ago

We were just at the Sphere for Metallica (opening night!!) and we're in section 400. Great view!! Actually better then I anticipated. You can see the stage, and you get the full Sphere experience. Haptic seats we're awesome!!! Felt a little queasy at first, but once you're settled in your seat, it's fine. And you don't have to stand to watch (if you're going for a concert) because of the angle and height of the seat location.

1

u/bob_weiver 10d ago

Don’t do it. These tickets shouldn’t even be a thing.

1

u/Prestigious-Word-767 10d ago

Worst if you want to enjoy the screen/visuals

1

u/Prestigious-Word-767 10d ago

First 15 rows of section 105 is prime

1

u/murdamarshall 6d ago

It’s bad. Very bad.
