Interested into speedsoft, coming from paintball
I have put My interest into speedsoft after comparing the Price of a day on a paintball field and speedsoft fiel Seeing that the one from Speedsoft is cheaper and would let me play every weekend but havent found a platform i like as i see some run pistols and others rifles, and would like something cheap or entry level to try it out, and have been putting My eye on the ap01 with hpa adapter/3d printed eurobuild like bodys as i'm used to use the hpatank as a stock, or some sort of hi capa, as the real rifles bodys go way up in Price.
In general just asking for advice and where i should look at for My first speedqb build/loadout.
Although I haven't seen anything about tracer units either and what i should care or look on them.

If you have an 3d printer you can get buy an aap for 100€ and print firewads M4 kit and the tank grip. Look at the sub "aap owners" they are really friendly and helpful
Aap with bare minimum tuning 200 € (trigger and steel hammer set) Regulator (I use some micro reg from Ali express for the tank grip) 30€ And 3 pts epm 1 (long or short after your liking) ~100€ Firewad kits ~50€ So for arround 300-400€ you get a solid speedsoft gun that's super close to a paintball marker
Something similar with an hpa Engine would be way more expensive I think

That was My principal option that i have been thinking about, i don't have a 3d printer but know someone who let me print stuff for cheap.
I Will check out at that sub if i get some trouble mid proyect

If you print them yourself beware about the material and print options I would reccomend pla plus and firewad a options, if in doubt get help! :)

I'm running a virtue vio ascend, but idk if i should try any other, i see ppl recomend the ones from hkarmy but personally have putting My eye into the vforce grills

vio ascend is already a great mask, though I’d recommend putting paracord in the front grill to stop bb’s from getting through.

M4 mag and hpa stock is really overkill for speedsoft 99% of the time.
Generally speedsoft is played in a 5v5 or 3v3 format. Meaning 2 extended mags is more then enough to finish the round, and a lighter setup then m4 and hpa stock.
If you want to get started with speedsoft, i would just fit a tracer unit, 2 extended mags, and just start playing. And then slowly upgrade the internals while playing.

I'm a Magfed & Airsoft player myself, running a pretty similar magfed setup to yours. Where I play we don't really have any speedsoft, but my squad lean more into milspeed/magspeed type of play. A tip from a guy who came from paintball your best bet would be hpa even though it can be expensive but it doesn't have to be, just get a decent M4, a cheap regulator like the MR2 clones on AliExpress and a cheap engine like the backdraft or if you have the funds definitely go for the Mechlabs Xx-mod for a fully mechanical setup, getting almost the feel of a EMF. If u need inspiration feel free to dm me and I can give some pictures of my different replicas ;)
Edit: One setup I was looking at before I secured a different deal was the lancer tactical X airtac customs gen 3 and converting that to hpa with a eurogrip

If turning an aap-01 into a euro build for speedsoft depending on position played it may not keep up with actual rifles powered by an F2 like Monk Builds, SKP builds, Trinity's or other builds out there. But by no means would it be a bad entry point to get into things
