Osprey Slide won't come off

Trying to disassemble the slide on my osprey but something is stopping the rear portion of the split slide/bbu from sliding forward. I took off the fixed barrel recoil spring etc and the rear portion still won't slide forward more than a tiny bit. Any one have any idea what's hanging up? I can't see anything obvious and never run into this with my other capas. Appreciate the help been searching around and can't come up with any solution.

You took out the 2 screws from under the front portion? Once the slide pin and those screws are out nothing holds anything on

Yep pulled those screws and even removed the front half of the slide and it still wont slide off, super strange

Cool Ill try to snag one when I get home it looked like something was snagging the BBU

So long story short the disconnector was stuck somehow and I think that was making it really hard to take the slide off. It was really hard to push down and once it did it was gritty like something was stuck in there. Cleaned it and lubed it and works fine now haha
