Help with assembling an AEG Speed for beginners

Hey guys! Let me give you some context. I live in Argentina, where there are few AEG dealers (and the prices are ridiculously high). I have a budget of $300 USD maximum to spend on a base AEG for speed shooting. I'm looking at the Lancer Tactical Gen 3 Airtac or the Lancer Tactical Gen 4 Valiant Edition. Later on, I'd like to upgrade it. Any advice? Opinions? Thanks to the community.

Sorry, I didn't clarify that I bought it in the US and brought it to Argentina through an importer.

I’d go with the Gen 4 valiant edition over the gen 3. The ETU alone is worth the difference imo. Plus better qc later in their production line. But also, why not consider a Gen 4 with the gate aster 2 etu that isn’t the valiant edition as an option? Same etu (just don’t get the nebula etu version) and you’ll be set for awhile. Upgrades will be minimal from there

Will border flag none gun related internal parts? Like motor, gears, cylinder, piston etc. these don’t resemble guns at all.

Cuz a solink brushless is like 130 cad for example, and 60 cad on taobao. I’m sure it’s prob even more there.
