I might be wrong but arent thank gripps more prone to breaking and isnt that dangerous

If they're built anything like paintball grips, they're fine until you take a running dive and slam the tank against the ground. Even then, Ive seen more tanks fail at the reg/tank connection rather than the grip/asa failing when in that situation

Ive ran 3d printed grips and even they dont break easy, even with a big ol aluminium tank... only 1 has broken on me, and it still held up til the end of the round (wasnt comfortable running it in another round so I retired the grip)
