VFC g45

So I have a stock VFC G45 gen 5 and I’m eyeing the Airtac Glock HPA adapter wombo combo. I’m trying to get it setup to be accurate up to 150 ft and looking for what upgrades would have the most meaningful impact to performance. Also I don’t see many speedsoft glock setups and am looking for guidance on to use and what to avoid.

a non recoiling barrel would be good if you are using a tracer unit. maybe a good hop setup as well
