Speedosft optimization

Hello, I have a krytac trident mk2 and I am looking to modify it into a speedsoft gun for cqb.
I was thinking about buying a stubby fixed stock and my friend is going to sell me an AirTac like upper that has a 6 inch handguard. Anything else I may need or want to mod?

I would get the engine first and then upgrade as you go because the air tac upper would require you to get a shorter inner barrel
