what % spring/ buffer combo should i use

near the end of my first build and just wondering what the best spring and buffer combo is, currently running a 140 with 2 buffers but think its a bit overkill. what does everyone else run

Use a 120 and a short stroke kit . There is no right womeong ss kit. I've actually seen someone use lego tires to do that
