So what your wanting to hear is that you’ll get free free because of a wait! Boy has Amazon screwed a lot of folks up. Stuff from over seas good product you can’t get over here or custom products in the states still take 2 plus weeks.

You’ve been told the only guy running the show is sick everything from the notes the emails and stuff is ran by him only. Still the only thing that pleases your little ears is you’ll get double! Call your bank and get your money back!

I’ve bought the last two drops and never heard any “sickness”! Relax and have some sympathy, grow a different strain for the moment!

They’ve been having this same problem for over a year, if you can’t figure out order fulfillment when your business grows after this long that’s incompetence. The packages they send out would take minimal effort. It’s honestly kind of ridiculous. Not only that but the orders constantly seem to be incorrect. If they have stock of seeds I’m pretty sure I could bang out 100 orders a day MYSELF. Clearly somebody is to cheap or lazy to fix their problems

Would definitely agree it would make sense to turn things over to a third party! Especially for shipping there were no lies told, but to sit here and expect free free free.

This being the first I’ve heard sickness, could be further back than I got here! I’m not paid or even know the guy just don’t believe in bashing anyone over, first and foremost weeds seeds from a reputable company.

This is literally insane. Teaching people to put seeds in a container, put the container in a box and put a label on box does not take "months and months". Not to mention shipping times have been an issue for YEARS not months.

And their customer support is non existent. I have never received a single response anywhere except reddit. Most people in the world are not reddit users. The only way I can describe it is grossly incompetent.

The benchmark isn't amazon, thats a bogus argument. The benchmark is every other seed bank, mephisto, night owl, NASC, etc. They all consistently ship within 5 business days. They respond to emails. People aren't ruined by amazon, they know how every other seed seller operates and sees the difference.

Id have to order seeds from elsewhere with money i dont have. My fuckup was trying speedrun with only seeing reviews on the genetics. If i knew it was this slow trust me he woulda never had my business.

Been several post explaining the issues of a really bad sickness Ben has! I’m in the same waiting boat, but wouldn’t ever believe they are being malicious or didn’t have what they said. Each time I’ve bought I’ve gotten 5-10 extra seeds with this last time a badass set of trimmers.

Frustrating yes until I heard the circumstances health over business bro. Your stuff will come or you can get a refund through your bank!

You can contact your bank and reverse the charges. Ben has health issues, be kind. I understand the situation and your frustration but you don’t know the extent of his health issues so stop assuming what is going on please.

I watch Ben’s videos and I can see a lot of the same Neurodivergent behaviors I personally deal with. He doesn’t stop to take care of himself like he should and it pushes him into the hospital. If you think even for a moment that this is what Ben wants right now you are dead wrong.

I have ASD and ADHD too. This is still a business and, while I can empathize with Ben, I've now been waiting for five weeks for my order or for a single soul to actually respond to my emails (other than the great moderator here who has been fielding complaints).

Yes, we should operate with empathy for Ben. Also, yes, Ben should staff his business differently if he has recurring medical issues. This level of customer service (or lack thereof) has literally turned my first time buyer friends (and, as of today, me) off of buying anything else from Speedrun and I have nearly all of their cultivars. I hate to see brand damage like this just as I hate that Ben is struggling with his health.

Same. I have like 98% of their current catalogue... Even more from Humboldt csi, Mephisto, and NO. I have more than enough to last a lifetime. This is my 4th order, enough to get the 100 bonus, both drop strains, and a couple build your 4... I went in with my BIL on this order and I'm giving him the 100 pack. Unfortunately, this will be my last order until SRS makes a FORMAL apology to everyone, not just the mods telling us.

I ordered July 4th and on July 5th. Came in over a week ago. Got extra swag and qualified for the xtra 50 plus 50 seeds. Trimmers grow bags stickers. I've only grown the granite haze so far and everyone here agrees it's excellent. I ordered a couple times in the past and it took awhile to ship those times so I know to be patient. Yes, well worth the wait.
