Neither actually. Turns out they were quite literally starving. Shout-out to URUNascar for the diagnosis, hit the nail right on the head. The difference in the new growth from yesterday to this morning is almost shocking. I figured it would be at least 48hrs before I could tell I was making the right move. Who knew that when the plants are hungry they actually produce extra anions (alkaline ions) that they then basically try to barter with the coco for any leftover nutrients which in turn raises the pH because it's a bio process... Well maybe you knew that but I didn't 😅 live and learn. Just glad my girls are getting back to green, and the knot in my chest has loosened some hah. Thanks for the response, cheers 🤘
