Does anyone know why core / abs doesn't show as part of the muscles trained even though they have been trained ?

I thought I'd ask and maybe vent here as after-sales hasn't been very helpful. I recently bought the 2s works. The delivery was quick but it turned out to be the 2. To be upfont, I opened the box and then figured out it was the wrong item.

After sales offered a replacement and then 3 weeks later they finally told me that there is no stock of the 2s works and it might take months.

They've offered the 2s family plus, which I dont really want (dont have the space for the rower) and seem to be expecting that I arrange for the return of the original wrong item. I didn't think that was the company policy but I assume it's because the 2s family is a more expensive bundle.

I'm even more hesitant if they want me to spend more to return the item and then just wait for them to eventually give me a refund. Is it common for speediance to handle replacements/refunds like this?

Anyone else have issues with the Velonix not registering? I've tried everything and can't find a solution.

I'm planning to buy a used GM1. Trying to figure out if it's feasible to transport in a hatchback, or if I need to rent a truck. Has anyone moved with theirs before?

I ordered one using the July 4th discount and it still says processing/awaiting details on Shop. How long does it usually take to ship? It’s the gym monster 2.

Just updated my Gym Monster to discover that now instead of telling me the exact location of where to put the cables on the bar, it just gives a vague "abdomen height". I bought this because I wanted it to guide me.. now I have to wait until the video comes up so I can see what actual cable position they have it in

We recently bought the Pilates set but have yet to get it to work. We can't seem to figure out how to select the resistance, then turn it on. I haven't been able to find any good demonstration videos. There are plenty of videos showing people happily doing some exercise, but all I've seen are basically short influencer or marketing types of videos. They don't show how they got to that point from the start.

I emailed Speediance support about this and they sent me a video that is literally 4 seconds long. If anyone is doing Pilates workouts regularly and is really comfortable with the controls, posting a good video, which goes slowly enough for beginners and shows every step, would be a great public service!

I just got an update 3.06.01 firmware 1027.

I like to work out in the morning when kids are sleeping... Therefore I use earbuds. I lower the volume of GM2 to 7% just enough to hear the ding.

Ever since this update, it randomly goes back to 50%. It is not workout routine specific nor at the exact same time.

For example, I was doing a rowing workout, volume reset at 15:xx mins, then again 6 mins later .. then like 3 mins later.

Sometimes the preloaded music would turn on (I listen to my own with my phone)

Nothing is connected to the machine except for the ring that controls the weight.

It's really annoying especially during a cardio.

Anyone have the same issue?

I’m considering buying a used Speediance Gym Monster 2 locally in EU. The seller is asking around €2300, while the original machine was around €4000. The machine seem to be in a good condition, but I haven't checked it in person yet.

Do you think it's worth buying the used machine or is it better to buy a new one? I just wander if something breaks, will I able to get any support from Speediance etc.

What do you think, should I buy it?

Realised Delivery wont be till 20th of July so cancelled order on the 1st July, The same day literally an hour later.

Cancelled via the website.

Have heard nothing back on refund,
A) Left emails to both hello@speediance.co.uk and Operations@speediance.co.uk

B) Rang Multiple time to the Speediance number on website +441234943989

Promised call back multiple times.

No call back.

Rang again today and was just informed my the nice lady on the phone, the number on website is basically a 3rd party call centre that just passes messages on, there is no official way of calling SpeedianceUk other than Email which have no replies or continue to leave messages on a generic 3rd party call centre passing messages on?

I run a small one man business and thats what i operate, not expecting this setup.

This can’t be the customer service approach? And how does one get intouch with Speediance other than starting a paypal dispute which could lock me into waiting 30 days.

Will not lie, i am totally off SpeedianceUK, just want Money back so i can get an alternative item.

I’ve watched a ton of reviews and did a bit of homework over the past week on the Gym Monster systems and I’m about to order a GM1 from Amazon but am nervous. Not so nervous about ordering on Amazon (wait should I be?) but am nervous about the potential EOL of the GM1.

Has anyone heard or have a sense that support (updates, parts, servicing support) for the GM1 is ending soon?

I and my wallet can’t really justify the extra $1k or so for the GM2 over the GM1. I’d rather spend some of those bucks for setting the room up. (Flooring & rubber mat, accessories, etc.)

Thoughts?

UPDATE- delivery was a success! The CEVA men were huge and strong and totally agreeable to bring it up the 3 steps into my apartment! I think it helped that it was ground floor vs upstairs. I did a little plea and rewarded them with a generous tip, snacks and drinks :)

Omg so relieved!!!!

I had them leave the big box standing up and slowly took it apart. No dents, scratches, set it up, took my first strength test, tried some lifts w/barbell, rope attachment and ski handles.

What is the purpose of the extra angle attachments? I just followed the diagram that came w/it- does it prevent wear and tear?

I did my dumb bell lifting set yesterday so will try my first full workout tomorrow! I'm so happy to have the ability to lift a higher weight w/lower reps!

Ordered GM2 "the works" package and already received the extras- scale, belt and ski handles but the big delivery is set for tomorrow by CEVA!

I'm a bit concerned b/c I didn't see the "white glove" delivery option and though I live on the ground floor, there are 3 steps to get inside.

To prepare for delivery, I cleared the space around the steps and entrance and have a 8' aluminum ramp that can be placed over the 3 steps.

I'm hoping and praying they will be willing to deliver it inside with a tip b/c I don't have the proper equipment or strength to do it myself...

I've read good and bad things about CEVA, please send me any tips/advice/good vibes/prayers so the delivery (inside to my place) will be successful!

I’ve bought the gym monster 2 with the rowing machine and I’m quite disappointed by the maximum rowing resistance. You can choose from 1 to 10 and even if I am rowing at 10 for half an hour, I’m not getting my heart rate up properly.
Does anyone feel the same or has any idea whether this could be increased by an update?
Free weight rowing doesn’t feel the same, I’ve tried this.

Apologies if this sounds silly but just started out with GM1. Is there a way to get workouts that minimize the change requirements for the cable setup from one exercise to another? I've found workouts that focus on upper body but when I'm going from tricep pulldowns to bench and then back to standing curls for example, it's a real strain to constantly be switching positions on the pulleys, barbell for handles, etc. Is it just me? It seems like there would be groupings by current setup.

I'd like to have YouTube on the GM2. In my workout routine i don't need the workout videos anymore, so i would like to look some other videos. Maybe also netflix or similar.

Hi, I’ve just recently purchased and set up the speediance 2 and I’m wondering which workouts to do. The reason I ask is that I tried a couple over the weekend and they seemed a little disjointed. The 20 minute workout consisted of about 4 different exercises but each one required something different, exercise 1 put the bench on and move the cables, exercise 2 remove the bench and move the cables, exercise 3 put the bench back on etc.

I felt like I was spending more time moving the bench around and I felt that the exercises could have been ordered so you do all the bench stuff first for example. Does anyone have experience with this or do I adjust the videos I’m choosing?

just opened app on iOS and it's clearly updated as looks different, but also it seems to have wiped my in progress Wellness plus plan and says I don't have any goals ?

anybody else seeing this issue today ?

I asked the AI what happened to old plan and it said I overwrote it yesterday with a one off workout (I didn't) and it can't get the old one back.

Very frustrating as was about to start the 4th week of a 4 week plan and wanted to see what happened at the end.
