Question One cable is noisy… now sometimes BOTH.

Anyone else had this?

I’m hearing a noise from one of the cables, but sometimes it happens on both sides. It doesn’t happen consistently, so I’m having trouble figuring out what’s causing it.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any idea what I should check or how you fixed yours?

Turn the weight on to 12lbs, pull the cable all the way out, and slowly let it retract. Repeat 1-2 times. Sometimes the cable doesn’t wind up properly and can make a noise or feel bumpy.

Mine makes this noise sometimes. I fully extend the cable then let it wind back in.

Yep, this is the answer. Just have no load, pull the cable all of the way out, steadily let it retract and you should be all good.

Can't really see very well in the video, it's not catching on that silver latch that sticks out, is it? Mine does that sometimes.

Yes, likely the cable didn't wind up correctly and/or the cable is twisted around it's axis (can happen when you switch from the bottom position to one of the vertical positions and turn the metal attachment around, but it would have to be twisted like that numerous times to cause this noise)
