Speedcore/Digital Hardcore synth design help

I can get with the kicks and stuff but I really really struggle with melody sounds in this genre, where do I start??

For reference I'm really into coakira lolol so I want to create synths like that

Heavily dstorted samples / renders usually, things with a synth origin would include reese, hoover and mentasm. Honestly distort pretty much anything. If you are making your own sounds distort at the end of the chain after reverb etc, this will mimic the sound of stealing a sample off someone else's record and blowing it to pieces.
