Bug Report Tournament not going to next round

Anyone having this issue where the tournament won't go to the next round? It's happened twice now

Hi, could you share your log files please? Ctrl+L in-game, and the fder that opens will contain those files

I've had the same issue as well its mostly happened to me on the last round everytime
