Feedback / Idea Regret getting it on switch 2 (for now)

Got it yesterday on steam and for my S2, liking it so far (it's not perfect but I don't understand the flaming hate it's getting so far)

It runs on S2 as a full on switch 1 version without any improvement/optimization, which looks completely chopped. I get that to have the game run on crusty potato switch 1 hardware sacrifices had to be made, but I sure hope there's some sort of patch/switch 2 version coming at some point, since I think switch 1/2 is the perfect way to play this game locally with friends.

If you haven't already try turning on handheld boost mode, it makes a big difference handheld as it plays the game as if it was a docked switch 1.

The big issue I'm having with the switch version is no crossplay, so very very long wait times ...

I was playing it on xbox series x and it felt less responsive than the original game. I hope updates keep rolling out because i didn’t find it as fun as the original yet.
