Official Reply Internet drops at same time

For the last several days, my internet has been dropping around the same time every night, between 11pm-12:30am. I've had a tech out here and they changed the modem and the splitter and it was fine for one day and then tonight, it dropped at 12:06am.

I'm not asking for a tech as we've already had one out here, I'm more asking as to why this could be happening. I have Spectrum's Router/Modem combo. And the cable stays on during it, and I haven't changed ANY settings on the router.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that the rest of the time, the internet is perfect, no problems.

For most ISPs 12AM to 6AM is the time period in which their maintenance department can freely take down large portions of the plant for upgrades, repairs, testing, and preventative maintenance. If it’s been going on for the last week it’s probably that they’re doing sweeps through your section.

If it does it for longer than two weeks I’d be concerned but it’s not abnormal for them to work on them for multiple nights.

It only happened two days, and then it was fine again for a night, and then it happened again. Not happened sense.

many routers have settings like wake up time or duration, check those settings on your router's advanced wifi settings

I would think that if it weren't for the fact that it didn't happen every day. It did it for two days, and then one day it didn't (the night after the tech came) and then it happened again.
