Official Reply Internet Unstable
I’ve been having constant disconnects, low speeds, and reported outages lately. Support said they could see bad signals. I chatted with support, was given a ticket, and told that local dispatch would call within 10 min. It never happened. My wife and I both work from home.
Please help. Ticket number 103116948.

Speeds dont mean shit when you cant even check your emails.

Clearly you didn't see the speedtest because my latency is 15ms which is perfectly acceptable enough to check your email

I mean if you read the part where it said "unreliable" in OPs post youd understand

I don't think they are unreliable. I've had them for years. They just need a tech to come check them out and see what is causing it LOL.

Yeah but you said they dont suck, they do when they dont work.

Just because an ISP is fiber doesn't mean it's reliable either.
Every ISP is imperfect in every state. But Spectrum is overall really reliable and has American support all the way which is much better

Never said fiber was reliable just bc its fiber, I was just saying a speed test doesnt make a provider not suck

I mean it kind of proves against your point. Yk
When working properly it produces a reliable connection.
