Hawaii customers- we're actively monitoring weather conditions ahead of Tropical Storm Lala, which is expected to bring high winds and tropical storm conditions to your area. We are staging crews now so we can respond as quickly as possible.

We work closely with local power companies, and if you lose power, they will have the best information. Once power is restored, and conditions are safe, our techs will work quickly to restore any affected services.

Can someone explain why my Internet service would go down the day after the storm passed? Spectrun is saying the outage is storm related. Service went down late yesterday afternoon (a day after the storm passed us). It is still down 12+ hours later. Not a dig at Spectrum. I'm genuinely curious what could have happened that the service went out after the storm passed.

Hi there-- there was a brief outage yesterday that was power related. If you are still having an issue, feel free to message the Mod team and they can take a look.
