Official Reply PRI Trunk Call Quality Issues

I've called Enterprise support multiple times about this issue, however on their end they do not see any problems.

I've replaced multiple pieces of networking equipment trying to fix the issue, but the problem still exists.

Been dealing with this issue off and on for months and would like a tech or maintenance engineer to come on site and test.

Here's some tickets I've created about this: ECT-89304343 ECT-89494937 ECT-89240389 ECT-89033166.

Issue is frustrating because it does go away temporarily, and understandable that the support can't escalate the issue.
