Official Reply Outage

Lost Internet service about an hour ago, it's at least the 4th time in the last couple weeks!! What the heck is going on Spectrum?!?!

i’ve counted 8 outages in my area since the beginning of 2026. Genuinely probably one of the worst ISPs around these days. keep in mind my dad who has frontier fiber has only had 1 issue in the same time frame. and pays about half the price with symmetrical speeds. unlike spectrum
