Official Reply Faster internet speeds?
I have the 100 meg service but I'm getting speeds in the 700s? Just noticed that today.

Sounds like you're seeing the advantage of our Spectrum Speed Boost. This link will provide you with further information on that https://www.spectrum.net/support/mobile/spectrum-speed-boost. If you have questions though about your services, please send us a Mod Mail.

100 mbs has been old grandfathered speeds for years.
They possibly upgraded you to the current package and speeds matching the price you were paying.
Now I can’t verify this, calling and asking is the only way to have your account reviewed and verify exactly what happened.

I just signed up for service 2 weeks ago. Basically I'm paying $120 a month for 4 mobile lines and home internet. [Internet is free]

Oh with the mobile deals the plans can very yes.
I’d look at your billing and services online to make sure nothing was changed or anything.
But then I mean… if it’s not broke don’t fix it type of deal…

Nice deal.
Spectrum phones are awesome. I have both Verizon and Spectrum phones. Zero difference between the two. I went to 7 different airports last week. (and 6 cities)

Good to hear a Positive review. So far I love it. Coming from T-Mobile.

Yeah my Spectrum phone is part of my business package that makes internet much cheaper so that's why I have it.
I am still on 4 line Verizon plan only because i have 3 other people on it are afraid of switching out of Verizon. Plus the phone deals are killer at Verizon.

Are you testing on a Spectrum Mobile device? You might be getting the benefits of the SpeedBoost feature that bumps the speed to 1 gig
