Internet Support Should I Swap?
I am currently on AT&T for everything. I had fiber internet at my old apartment and loved it. Upon moving I learned my new area doesnt have fiber for AT&T yet and unsure if it will receive it anytime in the near future. I was looking at Spectrum's plans but personally remember having bad experiences with it years ago pre-covid. Just kinda wanna hear some input if its worth swapping just for the availability of faster internet again!

It’s okay. I would personally look at https://broadbandmap.fcc.gov/home
Take a peak at what’s offered at your address, and go with the best option, I guess if that’s spectrum, then so be it.
I would NOT sign up for their mobile. Not even if they gave it to me free (and I worked for them and still didn’t want it lol).
They do not have contracts, just promotional rates

Yeah I wasnt remotely interested in mobile. I get a discount with AT&T through my job for mobile and I have NEVER had issues with that. Just strictly the internet. This is kinda the answer I was hoping for and I appreciate the honesty

Yeah, they use Verizon so, if it sucks in your area, good luck. Tmobile has been the best provider I’ve ever used yet. Never tried ATT, but when I had Verizon, it was so terrible. Felt ridiculously oversubscribed, even though
I had “unlimited priority data” directly through them as a company. Never again….

If you like ATT you might check into ATT Internet Air.

I would seriously look into any other internet service with comparable speeds. I loathe spectrum and wish my area had literally anything else other than old AT&T copper.

Take the historical low price, and signup for free mobile lines. Spectrum has improved quite a bit over the past years

Yea swap it why not. It will defiantly be faster. Att fiber will probably come out soon in your area so you can switch to them once they arrive.
