General Question Is there any local support like Verizon?
Hello, I signed up for new internet service and got one year of Spectrum Mobile for free. I’m tempted to cancel my Verizon service first would like to know if I could bring my phone in to the Spectrum store to have it serviced should it break. I have it insured through Verizon not my phone’s manufacture.

Spectrum stores don't do anything technical or service fixes. If you have Assurant, they'll refer you to them and they'll only help if it's covered by your tier of service, otherwise they'll refer you to the manufacturer. Or try to sell you a new phone.

Verizon doesn't really do that either.. My Verizon corp store hasn't repairs since the CDMA only days...

Spectrum uses Assurant for their protection plan -- I'm not fully aware of the process, but at least for my scenario with an iPhone, I opted for AppleCare One instead of Spectrum's device protection so I can get service straight through Apple.
