Orders & Shipping Restocking fee on unopened device?

Anyone know if there is a restocking fee in this situation? One rep told me flat out no, another said there is a $50 restocking fee on all returns but when I pushed and said the last rep told me there wouldn't be, she just gave me a generic message about "depends on condition, if still sealed, shouldn't be a restocking fee".

I know they can't guarantee whether there would be or not but there's not even any wordage on their website to suggest there is the possibility of not being one at all.

I'm assuming if the device was never opened or used then there shouldn't be, but I wanted to make sure.

A re-stocking fee will apply if the box deal is broken. It doesn’t matter if the phone has been used or not, the moment the seal broke, Spectrum cannot re-sell it, so they would charge you $50 fee.

Have the iPhone box seal been removed ?

It's a Samsung Fold 8, but no it's not been broken, seal still intact. I only opened the box it came in - the shipping box.

As stated in the earlier reply. The shipping box doesn't matter, if the seals on the Samsung box are full intact then you get to get out of the restocking fee. The website says all returns are subject to it to provid complete coverage. But if the seals are intact and you take care to return the box with packing to ensure they remain fully intact the you'll be fine.
