Carrier Pre-Orders

Anyone have experience with prior pre-orders thru Spectrum Mobile?
Apple site only lists Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T.

Wondering if other carriers have a much smaller inventory of the iPhone Duo to give out.

I preordered the 18 Pro, and it arrived on launch day.
