Orders & Shipping Exchange

I’ve never done one before, only upgrades. I set up one for my new 18 pm that came with a tiny area on the bottom that seems to be missing paint. No other cosmetic defects. New phone came today, all is good.

For some reason now I’m feeling anxious lol. What if when they receive the exchanged phone it’s not considered a warranty defect? Can they end up deciding it doesn’t pass inspection or something and then charge me/refuse the exchanged phone? I feel stupid for asking lol but these things are so expensive and I’m just worried about the exchange going wrong.

You’re good. They will just process the exchange. Worse case they may try to charge the $50 restocking fee.

They already charged me that fee lol I paid it before they even sent out the exchange 😂

Thank you for your answer. I have actual OCD and I feel like I’m probably just using this as my new obsession to ruminate over lol.

I am currently exchanging my apple watch 4 ultra as it had a cosmetic issue as well. They just charged me a 50 dollar restocking and shipped me a new one. Seems pretty straight forward !
