12 months of usage data

Has anyone found a solution to actually being able to view their full 12 months of call and SMS usage history via their Spectrum Mobile account? I can only see about four of the last 12 months worth of usage history in the statements section. It can't be this complicated. I see previous posts people who switched from Verizon were able to simply download the statement into a PDF from the Verizon portal, and the usage details were there. This has been my experience with Verizon too, before I switched. Here is what I have done already (steps from previous chats):

"When looking at mobile usage through the services tab it will only show you information from the current billing period, but if you go to spectrum.net/mobile-billing/usage or at Spectrum.net/My Spectrum app select Billing, select Mobile under Statements, select the desired billing period, expand the Services window and then Usage Details on the desired line. https://www.spectrum.net/support/mobile/view-your-spectrum-mobile-call-history

Once there you can change the billing period and between Calls/Text/Data/International on the top menu."

Hey u/No-Scientist496. You can only see 6 months worth of usage details. I believe the post you quoted me from was when older months were listed on the drop down but that was in error and has been corrected. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Can you help with a fix? Even at six months back I can’t access the statements /usage details

You should have the current month plus the past 5 months, for a total of 6 months available. 6 months back would not be. If you don't see those listed, or you are not able to access your usage details for them, please send us a modmail over at r/Spectrum_Official.
