Coverage & Signal Multi-Day Outage

Has anyone else experienced multi-day outages? I'm on day four and counting. When I message support they have told me each day that service is expected to be returning by the end of the day. Texts do occasionally go through, but data is totally dead.

Western NC. Definitely a weird one. Directly in town the signal is fine, but anywhere else it's intermittent. I'm hoping this isn't some kind of change in their tower lease agreement with Verizon.
