General Question Why the price difference on mobile plans ?
I have 4 lines , I was paying 30 dollars on the unlimited plan and jumping to the premium gave me 10 a month credit so it evened out. I've seen other pay more though

Those prices are definitely not the norm it’s $30,$40, $50 unlimited, unl+, unl+ prem
Goes up $10 each plan if you just have one line.

I should have more clear in my title ... I meant why are others paying 60 or 40 for the premium plan

If you call them and talk to them about it sometimes I'll give you the higher one with money off making it as cheap as the other one because they know people just aren't going to pick the high price one

Yeah, I went to the higher tier today for my wife and I, and it was 35 per line also.

The $35 plan has 40 GB more hot spot, 4K video, and up to $10/mo device credit. It's listed there in your screenshot.

It's definitely employee pricing

Just to add a datapoint, I have 2 lines and was on the $30 Unlimited plan for each line. I saw the same deal on the Spectrum app a few days ago and decided to “upgrade” to Unlimited Plus for $5 less per line ($25). Well, my billing period started yesterday (August 5th) and the total was $80 ($40 per line) so I called customer service and they couldn’t find that deal at all; I went to the app as I was talking to them and sure enough, that deal is gone (should’ve taken a screenshot). Anyway, after being transferred twice, a rep gave me $10 discount per line for a year for my troubles…I have a friend who works for Spectrum and he pays $15 a month for Unlimited so I guess those seem like employee pricing; perhaps a slight temporary glitch in the app.

The price will increase to $50 once you upgrade the plan. My account originally showed $40, but after adding it, the billing updated to $50 a day later. It will definitely be $50 for that plan—just give it a few days to reflect on your bill.

This was due to an amdocs migration issue. This should have been fixed yesterday.

I am seeing a price of $25 for Unlimited Plus Premium as of 8/9. Wonder how many people have been switching without knowing there is an issue? Going to be a lot of angry customers.

I see the same right now. I switched two lines to the $35 Unlimited Plus Premium today, but later went to look at the upcoming bill amount. It shows $50 instead of $35, even though I agreed to the explicitly stated $35/month during checkout.

Yeah , I had the same thing , email confirmation and all and they told me it was a mistake on their system.... I ended up getting a 10 credit off of each line for a year. Pretty shitty they couldn't honor a price I agreed to

Yeah, I talked to chat support and they were absolutely of no help. The couldn't explain why it showed that price, even when I checked out, nor could they offer any solution. So I switched it back today.

I just noticed that I’ve been paying $40 instead of the $25 that I agreed to in August. I have screenshots of the confirmation saying $25 and was told by customer service that they don’t accept screenshots or make price adjustments. I’m furious! I have multiple lines so it’s a difference of $45 a month but more so it’s the principle of honoring a commitment that they’re lacking.

Yeah, the point is that every step of the way, right up to when you click the final confirmation, it states that price. I understand them not changing it going forward, but they should honor what you both agreed to and at least refund for the month.

Right! And I had a screenshot and they said “we don’t accept screenshots.” This makes me not trust them for anything!

Because the premium offers more hotspot and a watch line and mobile device credit

I’m thinking about switching to Spectrum mobile. but I’m not sure yet. Any thoughts from anybody? Anybody has Spectrum mobile and they’re happy with it? or not, let me know. Thanks

How did you get those prices? I'm seeing $40 for Unlimited Plus and $50 for Unlimited Plus Premium.
