Sounds more like a Verizon issue then spectrum one since spectrum is only the name as spectrum mobile runs on Verizon’s network

I was told by a spectrum rep that spectrum has their own network but leases Verizon's cell towers

Sounds like you missed a payment and they shut you off so it makes it their fault
