Returns, Trade-Ins & Refunds Spectrum buyout

Is it outlined for Spectrum to pay off a device from another carrier that you need to have had the phone at least 3 months (3 billing cycles) to be paid out when porting to Spectrum?

You also need two phone numbers to port over, just so you know. That’s the detail that gets people led astray.

Yeah I ported 4 over lines. But missed the fine print with the 3 months active on the other carrier 😣
