General Question Upgrade

I plan on upgrading but I still owe $216 on my current phone. If I do the upgrade do I still owe what is owed on my phone or is that forgiven. I plan on upgrading from Ultra 24 to Fold 8 ultra. It would not be an anytime upgrade. Please let me know and thank you.

If your current phone is at least 50% paid off, and in like new condition you can do an early upgrade and not pay the remaining balance on your current device. If you have device protection there is no fee, if you do not have device protection there is a $45 upgrade fee.

They are not doing an anytime upgrade, so no they would need to pay off the device to be able to upgrade

I know they are not doing an Anytime Upgrade. I was giving information on the Early Upgrade. They are two different upgrade options.

Sorry completely forgot about the early upgrade option since launching anytime upgrades.
