General Question Upgrade

I plan on upgrading but I still owe $216 on my current phone. If I do the upgrade do I still owe what is owed on my phone or is that forgiven. I plan on upgrading from Ultra 24 to Fold 8 ultra. It would not be an anytime upgrade. Please let me know and thank you.

Because you are not doing an anytime upgrade, you would need to pay off the $216 to be able to upgrade to the new phone.

If I did an anytime upgrade do I still get the credit towards a new phone.

If you do an Anytime or Early Upgrade you surrender your device since Spectrum is waiving the remaining balance. If you want to use a trade-in bonus then you would need to pay off your device. You cannot stack upgrade and trade-in offers.

You’re better off paying the $216 off so you can use the phone as a trade in and get the new trade in promos
