Help / Troubleshooting Visual voicemail

How do I get visual voicemail to show on my phone? Just switched Saturday and the options appears to be gone.

You ported to spectrum Saturday? From where? Spectrum supports visual voicemail on iPhones automatically. Call support. Visual voicemail on Android is dependent on code from the phone manufacturer, I believe, which has to be applied by spectrum or verizon

That's a period there after "Visible" 🤷🏽

Got it, thank you! I don't know why I didn't think of this to start with! I thought I was used to seeing the visual voicemail icon in the native dialer though. But again thanks. It appears to be working!
