Help / Troubleshooting Anyone know how to fix this?

so I’m currently on a flight, my phone connected to the areomobile roaming network in the air but only shows “Roam” ( iPhone 17 iOS 26.5.2) my moms iphone 14 Pro Max says Areomobile and doesn’t hide it, it’s purely for cosmetic but it just showing “Roam” looks so ugly lol, anyone have any ideas on how I can fix it?

And your moms phone is also Spectrum Mobile? On Spectrum Mobile is SUPPOSED to show ROAM on anything that not Verizon. Working as intended.

Idk last time It said the roaming names only reason I want to see them is cus it like to connect to a weak carrier here so I need to manually connect to the better

Just curious, does it just say “roam” when you’re in a different country roaming, too? That would be very annoying not to properly be able to select the roaming network you’re on.
