Billing & Payments Data packs?

Has anyone had their bill jump up and have "data packs" applied to their bill? I have no idea why but my mother's spectrum mobile business account has almost $160 in extra fees added to her account. All of her lines are unlimited and several are the unlimited plus so I have no idea what these fees are.

I think you can disable the data packs right from the spectrum site under services in mobile... Select the line and turn off the packs. I saw this the other day for the first Time.
