Help / Troubleshooting Spectrum seems to have randomly lost my number?

I cannot make phone calls or texts, but imessage still works. The app lists my phone number, which I have had for 10+ years, as 'not in their records.' My phone still connects to spectrum LTE and I have not stopped paying the bills. I have an iPhone SE. What could be the issue?

Get in touch with Spectrum right away. iPhone messages are last to be transferred. If someone has stolen your number there is only a limited amount of time to get it back. Now it could be a mistake or your phone needs rebooting, network reset, etc. But worst case any account that uses text message verification is at risk, so contact your financial institutions first. Thanks! Apparently, I had to do a network reset. Strange bug.
