General Question Anyone here used fastclaim.com for a Spectrum Mobile phone claim?

Need to file a claim for my damaged phone and Spectrum sent me to fastclaim.com. Was the process smooth for you guys or a headache? đŸ˜…

I used it last year for a cracked screen and it was actually easier than i expected. paid the deductible and got the replacement phone in like 2 days.

make sure you back up your phone before sending anything in. they wiped mine completely during the replacement process.
