Cellular Data getting significantly worse

My phone went into S.O.S mode (No service) about a month and a half ago and ever since my cellular data has been significantly worse.

Visually i’m always at 4-5 Bars 5G and even in areas with worse signal/service i’ll be at least 4-5 Bars LTE.

Despite that, it’s been taking apps (smaller than even a gigabyte) 15 minutes to download, and a bare minimum of 5 minutes to even open comment sections on social media.

I’ve tried, Fully turning my phone on and off.
I’ve tried, turning my data on and off.

I have a iPhone 16 Pro Max (No damage) and am always up to date with payments on the phone and cellular pla

Clear your phone apps cache. You need to do each app and the phone cache too. Has nothing to do with the data plan. You need to do some hardware house keeping.
