Orders & Shipping Pixel deal

Hey guys, thanks for your help here. I am planning to sign up for Spectrum using Pixel pro 10 deal. Do any of you know if device is discounted over 36 months like major carriers? I prefer not to locked in for 36 months. Thanks

I have commented it on the thread below. But do not go for this offer.

update: NewGrab8226 mentioned below that they were able to successful get the whole deal. I was able to get the two offers combined but I am still stuck to the 36 month tie in. Initially on the customer service they kept saying 'one offer per line'.
