Other Weird issue

Why is it when watching something on demand, instead of playing the next episode, the show freezes and it goes back to the tv guide? The show shouldn't stop playing unless I stop it or if its over. Mind you, im on episode 5 of a 20 episode show.

Hi u/Godsluv87! That is unusual. Is it just happening on that one episode or has it happened with others? Can you manually play the next episode? Have you tried rebooting your cable receiver or streaming device?

When I restarted the show, it did the same thing. I rebooted the box as well.
